RESERVATION POLICY

A deposit of 50% within 5 working days of the time of booking.
We accept deposits of Visa, Mastercard, or cheque.
We do not accept postdated cheques.
Deposits can be refunded, less $30.00 service charge if cancellation is received in writing by Barrier Bay Resort 45 days prior to confirmed arrival date.
Payment is required in full upon registration with cash, credit card or Interac only.
Reservations are non-transferable.
Days lost through late arrival or early departure will be charged at the regular rate.
Rates may be subject to change without notice. Rates are in Canadian funds, subject to provincial sales tax and GST.
Your verbal authorization to use your credit card number indicates your compliance with our booking terms and conditions.
